Rick Jackson Dallas
Rick Jackson is an experienced business leader and sales professional who has led activities at Bizaccelerator.com in Dallas, Texas, since founding the high-technology marketing consulting company in 2013. Rick Jackson began his career as director of sales with Westcott Communications in Dallas. Following the successful sale of Westcott in 1997, he continued to function as a sales manager with EDS in Plano, ultimately generating $10 million in new revenue. Between 1997 and 2008, he served Digital Knowledge Assets in Chicago, Illinois, as vice president of sales, singlehandedly developing the company’s sales and distribution staff and personally acquiring 20 new clients.
Rick Jackson established a number of additional business ventures during his tenure at Digital Knowledge Assets, including time as director of broadcast services with Broadcast.com, later sold to Yahoo for $5.6 billion, and vice president of sales at Ignite Technologies, another role in which his influence on the sales team resulted in a significant revenue increase. Prior to establishing Bizaccelerator.com, he gained further experience as a business leader with Cinsay and Zix Corporation.
Mr. Jackson studied finance at the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to graduating with his bachelor of science, he spent time as president of the University of Texas Cowboys, an honorary service dedicated to enhancing virtually every aspect of the campus community.
